*Quiet Hours 11pm-8am
*Family Friendly Setting. All groups that aren't related must all be 29+ years old
*No smoking of anything or vaping anywhere on the property, including the deck. Breaking this rule will result in heavy fines.
*Parking is only allowed in the garage. Additional parking is available in Happy Valley through Big White Ski Resort for an additional fee. Parking garage will fit 2 standard size vehicles, not 2 trucks.
*Minimum 5 nights are required over Christmas, New Years and Family Day and Spring Break even if the site is allowing you to book. Shorter stays will be cancelled.
*This property accommodates 6 adults or a family of 8. Groups of 8 adults cannot be accommodated unless they are adult children in a family group.
