Located in the family neighbourhood of Upper Mission, this modern, gated family home offers 4 Bedrooms, a Loft, 3.5 baths, a walk-out basement and inground pool.

As you enter the main floor, you will immediately be welcomed by the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the inground pool and sweeping views of Kelowna and Lake Okanagan. The modern kitchen boasts sleek white cabinets and stainless appliances, a waterfall island, stone backsplash, colour-changing LED lights and a pot filler faucet. The open concept allows you and your family to enjoy all the spaces of the main floor, such as the large living room with gas fireplace, kitchen and dining room, while still being all together. The main floor also features the large master bedroom with luxurious ensuite bath including both a large walk-in shower and soaker tub. There are also 3 children's bedrooms, a main bath with soaker tub/shower, powder room and laundry room. In the loft there is a Queen bed, wet bar and ensuite. Down in the basement you will find a large play-room and sliding doors out to the pool deck.

There are so many unique outdoor spaces in this yard to enjoy the Okanagan summer with your family! Besides the heated in-ground pool with fountains and LED lighting, you will love the French doors from the living and dining rooms that open to a deck with conversation seating. There is another conversation seating area off the pool deck that includes a propane fire table. Off the basement patio you will find the outdoor dining table and BBQ. There is also a children's grass play area finished with artificial turf, and elevated above that is the playground area and another propane firepit.

The family-friendly neighbourhood of Kettle Valley offers a coffee shop and ice cream parlour, a market, pizza and family restaurant within just a few minute's walk. A bit further there is also a large playground with tennis courts and a free water park. Within a few minutes by car you will find more ice cream, spas, a microbrewery, more restaurants and grocery and liquor store, as well as sandy public beaches.

**Due to usability issues, the gate will be left open during your entire stay.

**Absolutely no pets are allowed. However dogs live on the property while lived in by the homeowner.

**This is a family home and not all walls, hardware and furniture are in perfect, pristine condition. Some furniture has damage from small children.

**There is no smoking anywhere on the property at any time. This includes e cigarettes, vaping and marijuana. Breaking this rule will result in financial penalty and possible eviction.

**This is residential neighbourhood and you must respect our neighbours. Quiet hours are from 11pm-9am.

**There is no street parking and no access to the garage. However there is room for 3 vehicles. 

**Local BC covid law allows no more than 5 visitors total during your stay. Visitors must be declared with full name and contact information for contact tracing.
