This suite is above ground with tons of natural light, backing on to a detached garage. This makes it totally quiet and completely private.

The suite is located near the end of a quiet dead-end street. Kelowna's Lower Mission is a 
"beach" neighbourhood. This property is less than 10 minutes walk from Rotary Beach, Hotel Eldorado, and 15 minutes walk to Gyro Beach. Other beach accesses are within 5 minutes walk.

At the end of the street is an abundance of shopping and restaurants, including a pub, liquor store, sushi, Chinese, Starbucks, and 7-11. There is also a pharmacy and walk-in clinic. 

Less than 5 minutes drive brings you to Pandosy Village with Save-on-Foods, Urban Fair, and many blocks of restaurants and boutique shops.

Please note there are cats living on this property, but never in the suite which is detached. The house is a waterfront property on a large creek, but guests don't have access to the yard area with the creek, it is fenced off.
